Marvila

“Marvila” is a residential and commercial project under development in one of the areas with the greatest potential for growth in Lisbon. It includes the total recovery of an iconic building in order to respond to the growing need for housing in the Lisbon area.
The Project will comprise a 26,000 sqm residential area and a commercial area with approximately 9,000 sqm.

The architecture will be inspired by the vintage features of the building combined with a contemporary design. Notably, there will be ample interior areas with high exposure to sunlight, surrounded by green spaces in the exterior.
