The ultimate goal is to create long-term value for our investors, participants, and clients, while ensuring the competitiveness of portfolio companies and seeking to generate a positive impact across ESG dimensions.
In line with this commitment, BlueCrow has been a signatory since 2022 to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
In accordance with the legislative framework in force on sustainability - namely Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, “SFDR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288 of 6 April 2022 (“Delegated Regulation”) - BlueCrow discloses its ESG Policy. This Policy defines how environmental, social, and governance risks are incorporated and integrated into our activities.
Notwithstanding the integration of ESG risks into decision-making, in particular with respect to investment and investment advisory services, BlueCrow does not consider the adverse impacts of its investment decisions on sustainability factors. In accordance with Article 4(1)(b) of the SFDR and Article 12 of the Delegated Regulation, BlueCrow provides in a separate statement the reasons why such impacts are not taken into account in relation to its investment decisions.
