BlueCrow has adhered to the Portuguese Protocol on Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms (“ADR”) for Non-professional Investor Clients.

On 02.06.2025, BlueCrow became a signatory to the Protocol on Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism (“ADR”), entered into between CMVM and several Managing Entities.

As an adhering entity, BlueCrow undertakes to accept requests for the resolution of disputes relating to the management services of alternative investment undertakings (AIUs), including the ancillary and complementary activities it carries out, by having recourse to ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) mechanisms through the Consumer Arbitration Network, comprising the following arbitration centres:

  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo da Região de Coimbra ("CACRC")
  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa ("CACCL")
  • Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto ("CICAP")
  • Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos do Ave, Tâmega e Sousa (“TRIAVE”)
  • Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo de Braga (“CIAB”)
  • Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem do Algarve (“CIMAAL”)
  • Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (“CNIACC”)

Recourse to ADR is limited to the following cases:

  1. Clients or prospective Clients who are consumers and qualify as Non-professional Investors; and
  2. Situations in which the amount in dispute does not exceed €30,000 (thirty thousand euros).

The possibility of having recourse to ADR does not prejudice the right to have recourse to other dispute resolution mechanisms available to consumers, namely the courts of law.
